## Code of Conduct
Make it fun for everyone:
Your fun cannot come at the cost of someone else’s comfort or safety. Banter is fine, but bullying, harassment, or targeting others is not.
Respect boundaries:

- Do not handle another person’s gear or equipment without permission.
Handle conflict like adults:
- Misunderstandings happen. When they do, speak directly, calmly, and privately if possible.
- Charter Reps and leadership are here to help mediate if needed.
- Major concerns should be brought directly to your Charter Rep, who will escalate to League Leadership as appropriate.
Keep it off the field:
- No politics or religion at events or in group spaces. This includes religions based on Jedi, Sith, or Force-based systems.
- TSL is a combat sport organization, not a LARP or roleplay group. Leave costumed roleplaying at home.
Zero tolerance for harassment and hate speech:
- No spamming, trolling, or vulgar language directed at others.
- No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any form of hate speech.
- Violations will result in immediate removal from the group.
Transparency & communication:
- Please let us know if you are bringing new people so we can welcome them properly.
- If you have a concern, question, or suggestion, speak up. Your voice matters.
Respect our public presence:
- Do not use copyrighted material when making or sharing promotional content for the group.
- Any official media or promotion should follow TSL brand guidelines and be approved through Charter leadership.

- No sparring or fighting under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Directors and leadership have the final say on safety rulings.
## One Rule Above All: Don’t Be a Dick
We are here to build each other up, not tear each other down. Every person who comes to practice contributes to this community. Help us keep this space safe, welcoming, and fun.
If you have any questions before attending your first practice, feel free to reach out to the Charter Rep or any listed organizer. We look forward to seeing you on the floor.
