Breathing is what we do naturally every time, every minute, without a second thought. It is life itself. It is so natural for us, that we never really think about it although it has such an enormous effect on our well being.
Conscious breathing is an incredibly powerful tool that can help us to tap into the subconscious. Negative life experiences, traumas, loss, conflicts can become deeply rooted in our subconscious becoming barriers for us to move forward. Trance breathing meditations is the way to tap into the inner space very deeply, reboot our system, thus activating our enormous creative potential.
Breathing meditations or practices had been used for centuries. Most of the modern methods take their root in the ancestral traditions. There aim is to take us towads achieving a deep meditative trance like state to gain inner harmony and a feeling of happiness, to release accumulated tension, blockages, strengthen nervous system and the body itself.
During this session we will go on a journey with a particular technique from the Shamanic tradition awaking the healing power and guidance within ourselves. The practice will be guided by the living sounds of a Shamanic Drum. Its vibrations are consonant with the sounds of the Earth helping us to retune.
