According to the yogic tradition, each of us carries a unique purpose — a Svadharma — and fulfilling it is not only our birthright but a key to living with joy, clarity, and deep inner peace.
In this two-hour workshop by the sea, we’ll explore the timeless teachings of yoga philosophy and combine them with modern tools for self-inquiry and intuitive alignment. Drawing from Gregor Maehle’s work on life purpose and Martha Beck’s “The Way of Integrity,” we’ll reflect, journal, and discuss what it means to live in integrity with our highest potential.
You’ll walk away with a simple, powerful practice to connect to your purpose and begin clearing the inner obstacles that stand in the way of living it.🌴 This is not an asana class — it's a guided inner journey. Open to all levels and backgrounds. Bring a pen, a journal, and an open heart.
