Something new is starting in Tucson and you're invited to be part of it. The hot flashes are real. The brain fog is real. And so is the need for a good cup of coffee or tea and women who just get it. Join us for our inaugural Sip & Share, a relaxed, come-as-you-are Saturday morning of honest conversation, easy laughter, and the kind of warm connection that women need.

When: Hoping to meet once or twice a month (flexible — check individual events)
Location: Rotating cafés around Tucson
Duration: Approximately 1.5–2 hours
Format: Mix of open conversation and themed topics
Cost: Just your own coffee or tea
