I’ll be at Barnes & Noble in Sugarhouse on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 11am-2pm for a book signing and I’d love to see you there. The address is 1104 East 2100 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84106
My new children’s book, Positives, is based on the science of positive psychology and is designed to help kids become happier, more optimistic, and more resilient. It introduces a simple exercise that research shows can make a real difference in how children (and adults!) experience their lives.
If you’re in the area, feel free to stop by, say hello, and check it out. I’ll have copies of the book available to sign, and I’ll also be giving away a few fun items for kids — bookmarks, pencils, stickers, and some “positive difference” cards.
Parents, grandparents, teachers, and curious humans are all welcome.
