The Sane Leadership Circle is a monthly book club for leaders of all kinds who seek to courageously bring humanity, clarity, and connection back to their teams and communities. Inspired by the “Islands of Sanity” concept created by Margaret Wheatley, this circle is a space to explore ideas in leadership, systems thinking, and human connection - and to reflect on how we lead with more empathy and steadiness in an increasingly chaotic world.
