Compassionate Communication, also known as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), is an approach to listening and speaking developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD, which helps us to:

    Transform judgments

    Resolve conflicts peacefully (or better yet-- happily!) – including conflicts within yourself

    Speak up when it's scary

    Enjoy your communications more

    Grow in compassion

    Use your speech to change your consciousness!
