Welcome to the Namaste Healing Drum! We are a small group who focuses on healing, community, and sharing. We drum to strengthen our connection to the Mother Earth, to Spirit and furthering our own unique and sacred path.
Drum consists of 3 rounds of drumming as well as a guided meditation. Bring a drum, rattle or any instrument. Extra drums and rattles will he available. Bring a pillow, yoga mat or blanket for comfort for we will be sitting on the floor. Seating is available if needed.
