The Scribbler's Guild Second Meeting!! (August 26 - 6 to 9pm)

Calling all Scribblers' Guild Members!!

The Scribblers' Guild is hosting its second meeting event on Saturday, August 26 from 6 pm to 9 pm. Seating is limited to 8 creative scribblers because my home is small! I have room for two (2) more new members, so if you want to be considered, please send me your favorite topics to scribble about (your genre) and the reason you want to become a part of our group and if accepted, I will respond with a hearty, "You're In!"

I am looking for committed writers (whether published or not) who wish to meet once per month to edify and support one another. NOTE: If you are not already writing, this group is not for you.

What we will be doing?

We will meet & greet, eat, and then retire to the reading room with your choice of beverage.

First timers should bring the first chapter of a book or entire short story, editorial, children's book, technical article, poetry, etc., and be ready to connect with fellow writers for round-table style feedback. If you were here last time, we will be ready to hear chapter 2 of your book, more poetry or anything else you wish to share.

After each reading, we will all participate in a round table to provide technical feedback and supportive comments. (This is not the place for negativity. Your agents and publishers have that part covered :-D).

Remember 100% participation required, so if you hate public speaking, you'll get the practice you need right here!
