Hey Read for Funners! We're going to meet a little early in December to celebrate our favorite winter holidays in-person at Stoup Brewery and Beer Hall on Capitol Hill and emphasize the fun in Read for Fun. This is a great event to come to if you are new or if you have been away for a while (we miss you all and you know who you are!).

Bring something to share for the potluck. (No pressure, don’t let that hold you back!)

We are having our annual white elephant book exchange/game so please bring a wrapped book. Books can be anything from one you liked, to something that made you groan it was so bad, to a literary gem you want to regift.

If you're looking for some good books to read on your own, consider looking into previous selections about the month such as The Stupidest Angel by Christopher Moore, Holidays on Ice by David Sedaris, Spending the Holidays with People I Want To Punch in the Throat by Jen Mann, and Three Holidays and a Wedding by Uzma Jalaluddin.

This is an in-person event, so please keep your rsvp current so we claim the correct amount of tables at the event.
