June Sewing Together and Show & Tell

Summer is approaching! Are you ready? Picnic linens, sun-dresses, a new swim suit, a gauzy blouse, shorty pajamas, pedal pushers, plain old shorts with a camp shirt...what else do you need for summer wear? Do you have the fabric for it? The pattern? Company while you start on that summer project?

Please join us as we gather to share some sewing time together and chat about sewing, our pets, our travels, movies, concerts, books, etc.

These monthly gatherings are a chance for us all to chat, or not, and check out each other's progress while it goes on, or not, and see what's happening in another room where we are not, all while we're actually sewing or hand stitching or cutting out a pattern, or sewing on buttons or crocheting, or knitting, or whatever, in our own rooms.

For those of us who find actually sewing a challenge of some kind, we can get instant feedback, encouragement, questions answered, etc., and actually get something accomplished (yay!) in pleasant company.
