Join us as we move carefully through Deborah Adele’s The Yamas & Niyamas, exploring the 10 ethical foundations of yoga as living practices for modern relational life. 📖✨

Each principle will be examined through multiple lenses:

• The Eight Limbs of Yoga 🧘
• Relational Capacities & Companionship 🤝
• Attachment patterns & childhood development 👶
• Contemporary neuroscience 🧠 — including Default Mode Network activity and a neuroscience perspective on mindfulness, attention, feeling tone, and reactivity

We go slowly for maximal comprehension — depth over speed. 🌿
Guest speakers from diverse disciplines will occasionally join us. 🎙️

As we practice, we gently expand capacities for awareness, regulation, empathy, and repair. Small, steady increases compound over time, strengthening integration and relational coherence.
