
What we’re about
The goal of this group is to help us become more grounded and feel more relaxed and present through each group session where we’ll do art or writing activities together. We’ll meet virtually to begin. For the events, we’ll be vibing with an intro, music, and sometimes I’ll lead about the benefits of art/writing for self-care.
