This forum is for Taekwondo (and other martial arts) instructors and entrepreneurs and will discuss the possibilities existing between information technologies and Taekwondo. The keynote speaker, Professor Kwang-Su Cho, will discuss "The Way of Sports Development through the IT Industry" (10:30-11:50am). Other speakers will consider the fusion of Taekwondo and IT, and also how IT may be used inside the gym.
The event is free, but you must register. I've been told that one can register at the venue on the day; however, it is probably better to register online. The process is very easy: http://www.taekwondoforum.org/eng/index.htm
Apart from the informative lectures, this may also be a great opportunity to network with other martial arts scholars, instructors, and entrepreneurs in the sport and IT fields. During the day there will also be "outdoor" events: Taekwondo equipment booths, sports taping for people with muscular problems, and activities for children, such as face painting, henna tattooes, and calligraphy writing.
This is not a guided meetup; however, I should be there for most of the day.
