Guided Meditation Class
Details
A guided meditation class to take you into your body and balance. Using simple breathwork and visualisations we'll learn to align and organise our energy. This class is suitable for everyone. Philip is an experienced Kundalini Yoga and Hatha teacher since 2011.
This event is free but donations of €5 or €10 are welcome towards the room rental.
This event is hosted in the serene surroundings of The Sanctuary, Dublin 7.
