**There is always something to be grateful for** — breath, water, tears, friends. Join us as we weave a blanket of gratitude into the energy body and step into the quiet rhythms of winter.

This ceremonial sound gathering uses rhythm, tone, and vibration to nourish the body, mind, and spirit. A healing sound scape is offered by various instruments: gong, drum, rattles, bowl, and bells, and more...you are invited to rest, reset, and receive the gratitude of the moment.

Gather with us in the East Bay Hills (Richmond, CA) in a safely held ceremonial space designed to support healing, stability, and inner transformation.

**WHERE:** The YURT at **6263 Bernhard Ave.** Richmond CA 94805 **WHAT TO BRING:** a blindfold, a yoga mat/blanket to journey. Yurt can be chilly, prepare for cool floor. A journal and pen.

**ABOUT THE LEADER:**
Jnana Gowan is the founder of Balance Point Shamanism and a gifted shamanic practitioner, Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, ceremonialist, and teacher in the healing arts.

With a rich background in yoga, Reiki, Peruvian shamanism, and other spiritual practices, Jnana weaves these traditions into her soundscapes and one-on-one or group healing sessions. She skillfully creates immersive soundscape experiences that invite deep inner transformation.

Guided by shamanic wisdom, her sessions support profound shifts and healing on many levels.
Jnana offers shamanic healing, sound, and hypnotherapy both virtually and in person (based in the San Francisco East Bay). Her work is grounded in insight and infused with a generous dose of humor—essential tools for navigating these rapidly changing times.
