Taichi is a traditional Chinese martial art, popular around the world! Originally developed in China as a form of self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that has existed for some 2,000 years. If practiced regularly, tai chi can help you reduce stress and enjoy other health benefits. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can practice taichi. It doesn't take physical prowess, as technique is emphasized over strength.The teacher is a professional taichi coach at a Yoga school named Body & Soul and can speak English well. If you are interested in this class, feel free to join us!
