May Club Meeting

Join us for our May Shutterbugs Monthly Meeting on Monday, May 11 at 7:00 PM, held at T&F Camera in Vineland, NJ. Our speaker for the evening will be Club President Greg Capel, who will lead a presentation titled “Capturing the Flow: Long Exposures, Filters, and the Magic of Time.” This session will explore how long-exposure photography transforms motion into art, from silky water to streaking lights, while introducing essential tools like tripods, neutral-density filters, and polarizers to help you control light and time. We’ll also dive into some creative possibilities with fun and specialty filters, including cross-screen (starburst) effects that add sparkle and character to your images. Whether you’re learning the basics or looking to expand your creative toolkit, this session will help you see time as a powerful element in your photography. Enjoy light refreshments, take part in our 50/50 drawing, and spend the evening learning, sharing, and being inspired alongside fellow photographers.
