If you're like us, you've walked into your local bookstore, headed to the healthy living / exercise / weight loss section, and found yourself, well - OVERWHELMED. There are literally hundreds of dietary theories out there, and thousands of books that claim to have THE plan to help you lose weight, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, quit smoking, cure your aches and pains, and help you live as long as possible.
Well, if any one of those plans or books was the magic bullet that worked for everyone, then why are there so many of them? And why are so many of us still struggling to find the answers that work for us?
The truth is, there are a few basic rules we ALL should follow for optimum health. (For instance, we can all benefit from eating more vegetables and fewer cookies.) But beyond that, each one of us is different, and what works for you might not work for the guy next to you.

Lee Tyler and Sue Kemple are health coaches certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, both of whom are working now to reclaim their own optimum health along with their friend and the papa of this group, Dan Scala.
