Join Liz for a series of community workshops on Declutter for Wellbeing, on weekly basis, at the Christchurch Bishopdale Library.
These series of workshops aim to provide an structured view of simplified living as well as practical guidelines, for beginners to have an easy start to embrace simplified living and experience sustainable wellbeing.
Through these series of introductory workshops, you’ll understand what it truly means to live simply, not by having less, but by creating space for what matters most. Also you will deepen your knowledge of on how simplified living can renew your energy, restore focus, and bring harmony to your inner and outer life.
Liz will share five interconnected dimensions of life — Mind Space, Body Space, Living Space, Social Space, and Life Space — offering gentle insights and practical approaches to decluttering and realignment.
Through shared reflection and mindful practice, you’ll begin to see how cultivating simplicity in your surroundings and thoughts can lead to lasting wellbeing and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

Liz Zhang is the founder of SU Living – Simplified Living & Wellbeing, a New Zealand–based education platform dedicated to helping people create clarity, harmony, and inner freedom through mindful decluttering and conscious living.
With years of experience and a warm, grounded approach, Liz guides individuals to reconnect with their true needs, simplify life with intention, and cultivate wellbeing through clear spaces and clear minds.
Her signature method integrates minimalism, Eastern wisdom, and everyday practicality — making decluttering not just about tidying a room, but transforming one’s energy, lifestyle, and inner awareness.
