Welcome to 'The Sin Sugar Project' - we are here to show up, make a difference and have some fun!!
This is a space for people who are passionate about self care and food and its effects on the body, mind and soul! You don't eat lots of sugar already and ideally want to reduce A LOT or quit totally.
My intention is we hold a space of learning and repetition, accountability and fun. The time will be spilt so its a nice balance of structure with useful practical tips with flow of some chat/sharing and then some methods and exercises that can help with routines and habits as well as communication with yourself and others. My intention is we make this as fun and relaxed as possible mixed in with helpful tools that keep us at optimal levels of motivation to stick with our plan and goals.
The first 2-4 sessions could be in a public space, so could potentially limit our activities/session plan.
Please bring a notebook, pen and water. As well as an open mind and passion for self help.
