This is a social group for women of all ages who lost their mums or mothering in childhood or adolescence. Losing your mother or not having her fully present while growing up is a life changing experience, so whether we know it or not we are part of a special sisterhood!

We generally meet for coffees, walks, drinks and other social events. The aim of these events is to provide a supportive and low-pressure environment for connection and to share experiences, resources, advice and most of all friendship.
Wherever you are in your experience meeting others who understand can be a huge help.

PS. Meetup charges annual hosting fees (normally around January for us) so if you want to join via Meetup and not our website, we'll be asking for around £10 a year from you to cover Meetups fees. It's unavoidable unfortunately.
