What we’re about
This is an inclusive group for artists/illustrators. It is a community meant for inspiration, connection and collaboration.
The Sketchup was founded in 2014 in India and has now made its way to Vancouver. We have organised 18 intimate artist gatherings across 5 cities in India with an amazing community of artists and speakers who talk about their journey in art.
We have also organised 5 art festivals between 2017-2021 in India.
We're just getting set up here in Vancouver and look forward to organising art events here that can provide value to independent artists.

Drink & Draw + Local Gallery Visit! Vancouver Sketchup 028
East Van Brewing, 1675 Venables Street, Vancouver, BC, CAJoin us for a casual drink and draw session, and meet other like-minded artists in the city!
Bring your own materials - we'll draw, chat for a bit and get to know each other before hopping across the road to catch the weekly rotating art show at Slice Gallery.
This is an inclusive welcoming group, anyone with an inclination to art is welcome to attend! Excited to hear more about your art practice and hear your story :)
