In-Person Meetup!

We're doing it! We're meeting in-person! Woohoo! First, a hearty thank you to everyone who messaged with ideas and suggestions for in-person meetups. I greatly appreciate your input. There were several suggestions I had not thought of before (a brewery, for one), so we're going to try some new things. Also, I found a lot of places that we used to visit, like cafes, are too small or the hours are not great for meeting up. I love a cozy cafe as much as the next person, so we won't abandon them forever, but let's try some new things - up first - a library!

Where: This meetup is at Sulzer Regional Library, located at 4455 N Lincoln Ave in Chicago. We'll be meeting in the small meeting room.

When: Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 6pm-7:30pm (no obligation to stay the whole time)

What to Bring: Whatever stationery/paper-related thing you feel like working on - that could mean letter writing, postcards, mail art, origami, organizing your sticker or washi collection, writing in your journal, decorating your planner, making a zine, coloring, drawing, bringing items to share with the group, or showing off your pen collection, etc. Anything stationery, stationery-adjacent, or paper-related is welcome.

Note: RSVPs welcome up to 24 hours in advance, and then the window for RSVPs will close. This will give me time to cancel if we don't have enough people for the event.
