Exploring The Stone Arch Bridge Festival

I love that there are so many outdoor art experiences in the Twin Cities! I'm excited to check this event out.

Let's meet at FRGMNT coffee, located in the Open Book Building on Washington Ave, and then we'll head over to the festival, which is located on the West River Parkway from 11th Ave S to N. 4th Avenue.
