This is the first of our Try Something Saturday hangs—simple, low-pressure gatherings where we try something new (or something we haven’t let ourselves do in a while).

For this one, it's: collage in the park.

No experience needed. No artistic ability required. No finished product expected.

Just bring:

  • a sketchbook, notebook, or journal
  • any magazines, papers, images, or scraps you want to use
  • a blanket, or something to sit on
  • coffee/water/snacks (whatever you want to fuel yourself)

I’ll bring paint, glue, and a few extra supplies to share.

We’ll spread out on blankets, cut things up, layer, paint, write—whatever feels right. You can talk, or not. You can make something, or just sit and flip through pages.

This isn’t about making good art.
It’s about making something.
It’s about being outside, together, doing something a little different with your time.

If you’ve been craving a creative reset, or just a different kind of Saturday morning, this is for you.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you want.
