Are you sober, sober curious, on a break from drinking or just want to experience a fun time minus the blackouts and hangovers? Then join us!!! By joining The Sobriety Society, you will be joining a group of like-minded individuals who want to have a good time, minus the booze.
All members will become Event Organizers so we can expand the amount of events available to our members. Hosting an event is not mandatory. Should you choose to host your own event, please show up and be kind to others. If anyone needs to report a complaint against a host, please message me directly (Kate Rose) and your complaint will remain anonymous. It is important that I keep this a safe, positive and fun space for everyone.
If you do not want to become an event organizer, no problem! You can turn that feature off at anytime through the group member settings =)

*Note: This is NOT an AA group. Should there be an event that includes any non-alcoholic beer or mock-tail meetups, please consult your sponsor prior to attending.
**Consuming alcohol or illegal substances at these events is prohibited. This includes any guests you bring. Anyone who chooses to consume alcohol or take illegal substances during our meetup will automatically be removed from the group.

Reiki Level 1 Class
Awaken to Healing, 2194 Main St, Suite O, Dunedin, FL, USJoin us for this small group in-person Reiki Level 1 Class taught by Cybele Shana Lerman, Reiki Master/Teacher.
Class size is limited so register early!
In this class you will learn about:
- the History of this Japanese healing modality
- traditional meditations to clear your mind, body and spirit
- the Reiki hand positions
- how to practice Reiki on yourself
- how to practice a session on a friend of family member
- practicing Reiki on plants, animals, children, elders
- and much more!
In class you will receive:
- 4 attunements (a spiritual blessing ritual that helps clear your energy channels to receive this high frequency energy and share it with others)
- a printed manual to take home
-a certificate of completion
- a 15 minute coaching call with Cybele the week after class to go over any questions you may have as you start your practice on yourself and friends and family, and the opportunity to do a practice session and try out your new skill on your teacher, Cybele if you'd like!Please bring snacks to eat on a short break, a large water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
