What happens when board games, creativity, wellness and self discovery come together in one experience?
This Sunday, The Social Table is bringing you a unique experience in Delhi in collaboration with Manisha a counselling psychologist. It brings together play, connection, creative expression and personal reflection in a way that is a little different from a regular meetup or workshop.

It is not just a board game meetup, and it is not just an art workshop.
The entire experience is designed around play, connection, creativity and reflection.

## 🎲 PLAY

We begin with a session of board games that gets everyone playing, laughing and interacting naturally.

The games are easy to get into, but they also bring out different ways of thinking, communicating and approaching the same situation.
No previous board game experience is required. Just come ready to play and have fun.

## 🧩 CONNECT

As you play together, you'll start discovering how differently people think, what they notice and how they approach the same prompt or situation.
Some games will also introduce themes around perspective, preferences and self expression, allowing you to share a little about yourself without forced introductions or awkward conversations.

It's a simple way to meet new people, make connections and become part of a small community.

## 🎨 DRAW

Once the group has connected, we'll move into a guided art based wellness session and creative workshop led by a psychologist.
Everyone receives the same prompt, but everyone creates their own interpretation based on their thoughts, experiences and perspective.

You don't need to be good at drawing. There is no right or wrong way to do it.

## 🪞 REFLECT

The final part is a guided reflection around self worth, self perception, strengths and areas where we may want to grow.
The session will be held as a small, closed and supportive group, giving everyone space to participate comfortably and reflect at their own pace.
