And before you ask: no, this isn't one of those movie nights where you sit silently for two hours, clutching popcorn and go home.

    We have a plan:

    🍻 FIRST, WE SOCIALISE

From 6:00 PM, come on time, grab a drink and socialize.

There'll be social games, conversation prompts and plenty of opportunities to talk absolute nonsense with strangers before we switch off the lights.

Well, it wouldn't be Social Friday without socializing.

🎥 THEN, WE WATCH A MOVIE

At 8:30 PM, we go to the cinema space at Unseen Nairobi.
We'll screen two short films, each roughly 30 minutes.
That's one whole hour of cinema.
    Not three hours.
    Not a director's cut.
Not a seven-part miniseries about a missing goat.
Just two good short films that will get people talking.

🍿 THEN, WE TALK ABOUT THE MOVIE

Once the credits roll, we're not sending you home.
We're going to talk about what we just watched.
What do you think about the films?
    Who was the villain?
    Who made the stupidest decision?
Was that ending brilliant or absolute nonsense?
Would you have done the same thing?
    And most importantly:
Why is everyone suddenly a film critic?
