Trust, The basis for success in teams and organisations

Details
Trust is an essential factor for successful collaboration between people, in teams and in organizations. A statement that many will support and that sounds like an open door. But what exactly is trust? How does it arise, how does it disappear and what can you do to increase confidence in your environment?
In this meetup we will actively work on the theme of Trust. With the help of a.o. Lencioni ('The 5 dysfunctions of a team') and Steven Covey Jr. ('The speed of trust') we unravel the complex concept of trust. You will gain hands-on experience on what it means to trust someone, or not, and we analyse the level of Trust in your own organisation or team. Finally, we will cover a number of practical tips that you can apply immediately.
The Meetup is hosted by Enrise, an organization that focuses on autonomy, trust and craftsmanship. Enrise is a collective of autonomous teams, without central management. No management, no board. Each Enriser has the freedom to think along, to participate in discussions and to participate in decisions about the daily processes and the course of the company.
