Hey! I’m Emily, and I’m starting this group because building a life of intention and financial clarity shouldn’t feel like a solo grind. I’m looking to build a "found family" of singles in our 30s and 40s who are exploring the Financial Independence (FI) lifestyle and living life on purpose.
This isn’t a dating group or a loud mixer. I'm looking for "Solo FI-Kin"—a crew interested in discussing personal growth habits and sharing the journey toward long-term financial stability as peers.
The "Pitch-Free" Rule:
To keep this a safe space for open discussion, this is a strictly no-solicitation zone. Whether you're a financial professional, a realtor, or in an MLM, please leave the sales pitch at home. We are here to learn from each other's experiences, not to provide or receive professional financial advice.
The Vibe:
Whether you’re childfree or a single parent juggling it all, you’ve got a seat at the table. I want to hear different perspectives on navigating life and personal goals while flying solo. Kids are more than welcome to join us for brunch—just please let me know in advance so I can update the reservation!
How We’ll Hang:
To keep our community tight-knit, we focus on the Southwest Denver area (Golden, Morrison, Lakewood, Littleton, and Centennial). We’ll meet two Sundays a month for "Brain Fuel" brunches:
-The Book Club Brunch: Once a month, we’ll discuss a book focused on personal finance history, philosophy, or general self-improvement.
-The Podcast Brunch: A low-pressure meetup to chat about a specific podcast episode over coffee.
