“Lunar Somatics” Full Moon Circle

A gathering to honor the fullness of each lunar cycle and the wholeness of your somatic truths. Harmonizing yogic wisdom and agnostic witchery, and coupling somatic practices with ritual magick, these Full Moon circles are a space to elevate mindful embodiment and generate supportive community.

This gathering is a benefit of membership in The Somatic Coven.
Others are welcome to register on a donation basis,
with a suggested sliding scale of $11 to $22.

Participants will be invited into the wisdom of their own unique explorations, and encouraged to honor their body's requests above anything the facilitator offers. In this space, you are the only expert on your experience. The only non-optional practices are mindful presence, and kindness to self and others.

Our facilitator is a trained and experienced teacher of neuro-informed, trauma-sensitive embodiment practices including yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation. She is also an agnostic witch, whose offerings are grounded in the elements, and informed by lunar cycles and tarot pulls.

Comfortable clothing and a water receptacle are encouraged. Yoga mats or cushions are helpful, and we will have some available. Paper journals are invited. Attendees are welcome to bring an item to place on the group altar for the duration of our time together.

Please note that Yoga On Yamhill is up a flight of stairs without elevator access. We will ask that all phones and digital devices be entirely turned off and put away before entering the space; please be prepared for this.
