## Join us for a magical evening of connection, cleansing, and card exchange in our sacred space at Soul Journey. Bring any new or gently used tarot or oracle decks you're ready to release and exchange with others in our community. We'll begin by honoring the energy of each deck with a group clearing ritual to respectfully reset them for their new journeys.
From there, we'll move into a heart-led exchange, allowing the decks to find their next rightful home. Once your new deck has chosen you, we’ll hold space for intention setting and energetic alignment with your new tool.
The evening will close with tea, connection, and readings—whether solo, in pairs, or in small groups—giving you time to bond with your new deck and share your insights.

#### 🃏 Preparing Your Deck for Release
This exchange is not about simply getting rid of a deck—it’s a conscious release of a tool that has served its purpose and is now ready to guide someone else. Take time to honor its journey before bringing it to the event.
1️⃣ Reflect on Your Journey – Spend a moment holding your deck and recalling what it has taught you. You might journal:
- What lessons has this deck helped me integrate?
- What energies or phases of life does it represent for me?
- Am I truly ready to let it move on?
2️⃣ Express Gratitude – Before releasing, thank your deck for its wisdom. You might:
- Whisper a few words of gratitude.
- Hold it to your heart and send it appreciation.
- Write a short note to include with the deck if you feel called.
3️⃣ Energetically Clear the Deck – You’ll participate in a collective cleansing ritual at the event, but if you’d like to begin at home, you can:
- Pass the deck through incense or herbal smoke (sage, palo santo, rosemary, etc.).
- Place it under moonlight or sunlight for a few hours.
- Knock gently on the deck three times to reset its energy.
#### 📖 Include Guidebooks & Original Packaging
To ensure the next guardian has the fullest experience with their new deck, please include:✔ Any guidebooks or booklets that originally came with the deck.✔ The original box or packaging if you still have it.✔ If the deck no longer has its original box, feel free to wrap the entire set—including the guidebook—in a meaningful way.
#### 🌙 Wrapping Your Deck for the Exchange
We ask that each deck be wrapped with care before the ceremony to preserve its energy and add intention to the exchange. You may use:✨ A silk scarf or cloth✨ A small pouch or drawstring bag✨ A wooden or decorative box✨ Any material that feels sacred to you
If you feel called, you can also include a small token (a crystal, dried flowers, a note, etc.) as a blessing for its next guardian.

As you prepare, set an intention for what you’re calling in with your new deck.
