We created this space with love to help you slow down, breathe, and open your heart a little more

Led by the yoga instructor Shatha and the sound healer Shahad, this evening is designed to gently guide you inward

We’ll begin with soft, heart-centered yoga, sip on warm ceremonial cacao, and melt into a calming sound bath to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with what matters most.

What is cacao? ✨
It’s pure, natural chocolate used for centuries in healing rituals. It relaxes the body, softens emotions, and gently opens the heart. Shared together, it becomes a beautiful, grounding moment of connection.
