The Creative Writing Workshop: Writing What Lives Within

8/8 on ZOOM @ 11 AM EST

Some of the most meaningful stories are the ones we've never written.

This interactive Zoom workshop is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and transform your experiences, emotions, and imagination into authentic writing.

We will begin with a guided grounding meditation to help quiet the mind, become present, and reconnect with the thoughts, memories, and emotions that often inspire our most meaningful work.

After the meditation, participants will engage in guided writing exercises, reflective prompts, and optional group discussions designed to encourage creativity, self-expression, and deeper storytelling.

This is a fully interactive workshop.

Participation is encouraged.

The purpose of this workshop is not simply to learn about writing, but to experience it through reflection, creativity, and shared exploration.

Participants will explore:
• personal storytelling
• creative expression
