### Event Description

Life moves fast.
Our reactions become habits.
Our habits become patterns.
And our patterns often shape our lives without us ever noticing.
This Behavioral Lab is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what happens in the space between stimulus and response.
We'll gather in nature and use movement, reflection, and authentic conversation to increase awareness, deepen connection, and practice being fully present.

### What to Expect

#### 🌿 Opening Meditation (10 Minutes)

We'll begin with a guided meditation designed to help participants arrive fully in the present moment, settle the nervous system, and connect with the natural environment around them.

#### 🚶 Nature Walk & Reflection Pairs

Participants will pair off and walk together through the park while exploring guided reflection prompts.
Sample prompts may include:

  • What has been occupying most of your mental energy lately?
  • What is something you know but are not currently living?
  • Where in your life are you experiencing alignment?
  • Where are you experiencing resistance?
  • What is one truth you have been avoiding?
  • What does healing look like for you right now?

The goal is not to fix or advise one another.
The goal is to practice listening, reflection, curiosity, and presence.

#### 🌳 Group Reconnection

After the walk, we will return as a group to share insights, observations, and experiences from the exercise.
Sharing is always voluntary.

#### ✨ Closing Meditation

We will conclude with a brief guided meditation focused on integration, gratitude, and carrying our insights forward into daily life.

Anyone interested in personal growth, emotional awareness, mindfulness, healing, meaningful connection, and practicing the art of being present.
You do not need any prior meditation or personal development experience.
Just come as you are.
The Space Between Reactions is where awareness becomes choice, and choice becomes transformation.
