SHOW ME SPACE SCI-FI 2025

Science fiction has led many to science fact. We want to celebrate this by presenting Show Me Space Sci-Fi 2025. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet astronaut Tom Jones, Dan Monroe of YouTube's "Movies, Music, & Monsters" along with his robot friend B-9 from Lost in Space and, Lou Dalmaso of "The Aztec Dummy," a renowned modeler who will be bringing his studio scale Enterprise NCC-1701-D and other phenomenal spaceships.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy the magnificent modeling projects of The Gateway chapter of the International Plastic Modelers Society who will be holding a space sci-fi themed contest. Come to look or enter your own project. Entering the model contest requires a separate registration. Come in your favorite space sci-fi cosplay costume for a chance to win a $500 first place cash prize. Second and third place prizes will be awarded as well.

And so much more! Tour the $40 million dollar collection of The Space Museum and Grissom Center to enjoy historic artifacts that you will not see in any other museum. The museum also boasts one of the largest vintage space toy collections in Missouri including props from your TV and movie favorites. Meet Max Q our robot emissary, take a virtual trip to the International Space Station through our "Onboard" program and witness a Space Shuttle launch in the "Shuttle Experience" and feel what it was like from 3 1/2 miles away; INTENSE!
