This group is designed for those who carry a lot — teachers, healers, medical providers, caregivers, and thoughtful women who are often supporting others and crave a pause for themselves.

Feminine energy is welcomed here as wisdom, intuition, and aliveness.

This is a supportive, inclusive space to decompress, practice mindfulness, and build community. Sharing is always optional.

No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or embodiment practices is required.
