What we’re about
The Spirit of St. Louis Real Estate club is a group of rental investors and newbie’s who what to become more proficient at running their rental business or doing flipping / wholesaling. We have monthly meetups on various topics. We invite serious investors and new people that want to invest in rental real estate for the cash flow to join our group.
Our meeting consists mainly of active investors with the topics reflecting the various aspects of rental investing. Sharing between all levels of investors helps all members have a better grasp on current happenings and assists young investors to avoid pitfalls. Experience counts!
