Many neurodivergent experiences — heightened sensitivity, pattern recognition, non-linear thinking, or an altered sense of time and energy — mirror spiritual gifts that have been pathologized in modern society. What looks like “too much” or “not enough” in the eyes of the world can actually be a direct channel to intuition, creativity, and expanded states of awareness. In this way, neurodivergence isn’t a barrier to spirituality — it’s often the very gateway into it.
