Opening our hearts

Hi everybody,

This is a meet up group that focusing on one simple area of opening our hearts to love.

We will all come together and get to know each other and then we will meditate on love together and enjoy each other's presence and the heartfelt connection. We will then send this love out to the world for those in need wishing that everyone had the same.

We will then end in gentle wind down and discussion.
