Opening our hearts to love (monthly event)

Hello spiritual seekers,

My goal is to make this a monthly event.

The theme of the night is opening our hearts to love. The whole night will involve us creating that state of love in ourselves in various ways and also discussing about love and ways that we can bring it into our lives.

I will start with a simple meditation on love to start to create the feeling at the beginning of the night. From here we will set to deepen that state of love and discuss how we can reduce the barriers to this in our lives.

Please invite along a friend if you feel you like to share this experience with those you know. This event costs £3 and is to cover the meet up costs. If you are struggling for money this is no problem though.

All I request is that please do not RSPV unless you are genuinely thinking of coming. If you cannot make it then please cancel on the invite section and in advance and please do not wait until the very last minute as this helps me. Many thanks.

I really look meeting some new people and re-starting the group as a sanctuary where people can open their hearts and come together in trust and love.
