This project is free, but applicants must meet the following requirements:

I’m looking for 6 men and 6 women who want to learn and improve in fitness, nutrition, exercise, and mindset, in a fun and practical way. This isn’t about formal classes—it’s about friendly, engaging conversations in a relaxed setting where we can have a drink and openly discuss a specific topic each week. My goal is to guide and support you, helping you make gradual adjustments that improve your wellness, performance, and overall fitness.

About the First Event
This is the first event, and your attendance will count as your application. Please remember that I will only select 6 men and 6 women, and the event will be canceled for everyone else. However, I will keep in mind those who showed interest in case a spot opens up or I decide to expand the group.

Requirements to Apply

  • Commitment to attend every Monday night.
  • Age between 21 and 39.
  • Currently train at a gym at least 3 times per week.
  • No serious health complications.
  • Agree to allow the use of your image for posting some clips on social media.
  • The groups will be separated by gender, with 6 men in one group and 6 women in the other.

Selected participants will be notified on February 20, and the conversations will begin in March.

This project is part of a larger process, with future stages depending on your commitment and participation. It’s a chance to grow, learn, and deepen your understanding of fitness and wellness, while being part of a motivated and like-minded community.
