"The Waste Land" and "Eyes Wide Shut": "A heap of broken images"

In this session, we'll continue our discussion of "The Wasteland", starting off by reading some of a Poetry Foundation article about the poem, and a short analysis of the themes of the poem, comparing them with those of "Eyes Wide Shut".

Then we will read the poem a second time.
