There are so many Spiritual Practices available today to assist each of us in this most magical time of transformation and ascension. The Stargate Meditation Experience - Energy Meditations is but one way, but a way that I have found to be a very powerful, accelerated method of accessing our Superconciousness easily and effortlessly, and facilitating our own personal healing on all levels.
