Bachman Book: Rage (Extra Meetup for Our Number One Fans)

It's the Bachman book that's been out of print for over two decades by King's request. It's not cheap to get, so this is a bonus Meetup for those who have a copy. This Meetup coincides with the discussion of Rage by our London-based Meetup counterpart, The Constant Readers Book Club: All Things Stephen King.
