Stillness and Sunset

Let's meet at the hazard canyon parking lot in Motana de Oro just before 4:30pm. We will walk to a place on the beach or in the dunes and find a cozy place to sit. Bring a chair or meditation cushion and blanket plus warm clothes. The plan will be to sit together in relative stillness and silence for approximately one hour and enjoy the sunset. This is NOT a guided meditation, there is no instructions. I will be time-lapsing the event, but you can sit out of the frame if you want. For bonus points we can all jump in the ocean when we are done. Looking forward to connecting.
