What we’re about
In Ancient Greece, people used to meet in places called Stoas to talk about life, ideas, and the world around them. That’s the kind of space I want to create here in Bangkok.
Let's get together and talk about the stuff that really matters—things like philosophy, tech, purpose, the future, and how it all connects to our everyday lives. My goal is to create a space where we can have honest, meaningful conversations and connect with each other.
To ground our talks, we'll read great books and essays that have been influential in how we think about the world.

See all- Let's discuss Self-Reliance by Ralph Waldo EmersonOkonomi Central Embassy, Bangkok
Ralph Waldo Emerson’s "Self-Reliance" is an essay of about 9,000 words—roughly a 50-minute read.
It was written in 1841 but Emerson's ideas about personal agency, purpose and originality feel even more pressing today, when algorithms often shape our choices.
Let’s get together, have a drink, and talk about how these ideas connect to AI, echo chambers, individual taste, and the polarization of political discourse.
You can read the text here. Or send me a message and I'll send you the PDF.
We'll meet at 6:30 pm on Monday, June 23rd at Okonomi Cafe located on the top floor of the Central Embassy mall near Phloen Chit BTS.
