Light Run Around Djurgården

Time for another run around the beautiful Djurgården running on what I like to call the "Happy Dolphin" trail. Join me on my training run.
Distance Options:
~10 KM - One loop around the trail with lot of options to exit in between.
~20KM - Involves a second loop , Ideal if you are looking for some training run for some race.
Pace:
Light around 06:30/km
Terrain:
Mostly flat on gravel and some asphalt. There are few minor climbs but nothing serious.
Hydration:
The only hydration options are the cafes in the beginning and end of the start/end points. Some cafes open in the middle during warm weather but is unpredictable so if you want to be safe you should carry your own water.
If you have an SL kort , please bring it along so that you can exit conveniently whenever you feel like.
