The Semaphore Kite Festival! This'll be different.

Yes, it's Easter Monday. So if you have nothing on as yet, join us as we picnic on the beach and watch the incredible kites. Most of us probably haven't done this since we were kids.
Parking will be a pain but the event only starts at 11 so if you get there a bit early, have a coffee while you wait. We'll be meeting at the front of the Palais near the main door. It's a free event so all you need to bring is something to sit on, a hat/shade, a drink, some munchies for yourself and a willingness to feel young again.
Obviously this is weather dependent so if rain is predicted or it's going to be over 35 degrees, most of us won't be going I'm sure.
